AMAZING ANIMALS
JUNE 20-24, 2011 9:00-12:00
The students at Kids’ U Amazing Animals will enjoy a week full of fun activities as they learn about different amazing animals. They will get in touch with their wild side as they discover new and interesting facts. Hands-on centers will focus on building reading, writing, math, and science experiences. All activities and centers will target the Pennsylvania State Academic Standards.

SESSION II-INTERMEDIATE (GRADES 3-8)
EXPLORING THE WORLD AROUND US
JUNE 20-24, 2011—9:00-12:00
The students at Kids’ U Exploring the World Around Us will experience a week of hands-on activities learning and exploring the world around them. They will participate in read alouds, creative writing activities, learning centers and exploration based on various National Geographic topics. Hands-on centers will be used to build research skills in the areas of reading and writing, as well as math, science, and social studies. All lessons will target the Pennsylvania State Academic Standards.
