Welcome Freshman!

 Welcome to the Hazleton Area Career Center! The elective credit classes I teach are introduction courses that give you an overview of the Career and Technical programs HACC offers. You will learn content that provides a foundation and understanding of either the Technical programs or the Career (non technical) based programs. Career & Technical Exploration prepares students for programs such as: HVAC, Construction Technology, Electrical Technology, CAD, Precision Machining, Automotive Technology, Collision Repair Technology, and Welding.  Career Exploration Family Consumer Science prepares students for programs such as: Broadcast Communications, Culinary Arts, Child Care, Cosmotology, Computer Systems Networking, Dental Assistant, Nursing Assistant, and Health Careers. As well as lessons in Personal Financial Management.
