School ItemsYour child will need a clear plastic or mesh backpack and a daily snack in a bag or luchbox (no metal lunchboxes please!). Please be sure to label all of your child's belongings with their name. I have provided the students with all of the supplies necessary to complete their daily classroom activities. A red communication folder will be provided for your child. Please check it every night for homework that needs to be completed, papers that need to be signed, as well as completed projects and papers that may be kept at home.BusIf your child will be riding the bus every day, please make sure that the color coded bus card (provided by the school) is visible in the front pocket of their backpack. If your child will be getting picked up from school please send a note to the teacher for that day. Please understand that we can not accept phone calls and will need a written note to release your child as a Parent Pick-up if they usually ride the bus. If I do not have a note I have to put them on the bus. This is for the safety of your child, thank you for your understanding.Dress CodeThe Hazleton Area School District enforces a dress code policy for all students.
