About The Teacher

I am a 2011 graduate of Cedar Crest College, where I obtained two Bachelor of Arts degrees. I majored in Art and Psychology, and minored in Communication Studies and Health & Wellness. After college I attended Kutztown University for a post-baccalaureate/Master of Education track program, where I focused in Art Education and obtained my Pennsylvania teaching certificate. Currently I am deciding which law school to attend among the ones I've been accepted at so I can study Educational Law. I am certified to teach from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. 

Outside of class, I love to illustrate original characters in the style of Japanese artists who create anime and manga. I also dabble into a few other types of media such as acrylic paints, ceramics, photography, watercolors, sculpture, costume design, sewing, crafts, and much more. Another thing I love is creating prop replicas of armor and accessories from video games because of the intricate and unusual designs!

I also have a cat named Marbles that I love so much!
