Little welcome worm

    Mark A. DeLese, Ed. D.
    Assistant Principal

Dear Parents, Students and School Community,

I am excited to be a part of the Hazle Township Early Learning Center family in the role of assistant principal.  I have been an administrator for fourteen years, working as an assistant principal at several schools within the district from Pre-K to 12th grade.  During my years as a teacher, I worked with secondary school students as a vocational teacher.  I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Penn State University, a Masters of Education from Marywood University, a principal's certification, a degree in instructional technology, and a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Temple University.  When not working I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children, and reading and spending time outdoors.

Newly assigned to Hazle Township Early Learning Center as your assistant principal, some of my central concerns are to maintain a safe environment, to ensure quality education to all students and to support a strong school- community bond.  I consider working with you and your children a responsibility of the highest honor.
