Mark DeLese is excited to be a part of the Arthur Street Elementary School family in the role of assistant principal. He brings nine years of prior administrative experience as assistant principal at several schools within the district from Pre-K to 12th grade. During his teaching years he worked with secondary school students as a vocational teacher. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Penn State University, a Masters of Education from Marywood University, a principal's certification, a degree in instructional technology, and a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Temple University. Newly assinged to Arthur Street Elementary School as your assistant principal, some of his central concerns are to maintain a safe environment, to provide a quality education to all students and to support a strong school community bond. He considers working with you and your children a responsibility of the highest honor.
