It's that time of year again. We are now accepting senior pictures for this year's upcoming yearbook. Pictures can be submitted via email to Mr. Ringleben at ringlebenj@hasdk12.org. please make sure you receive a confirmation email to know that your picture was submitted properly. The deadline to submit senior pictures is March 1, 2026.

Tomorrow, we continue picture day at the Hazleton Area High School. Forms were handed out to students and any student who would like to purchase a school picture may continue to do so tomorrow. Picture day for the Hazleton Area Career Center is on September 24, The Hazleton Area Academy of Sciences is on September 25, The Hazleton Area Arts and Humanities Academy is on September 26, and The Hazleton Area Cyber Academy is on September 29. Furthermore, Picture make up days will be on September 30 for the High School and Career Center, while make-up day for the Academy of Science and Arts and Humanities will be on October 1. Be sure to dress your best and bring your biggest smile.

Hello parents & guardians,
Our 10th, 11th, and 12th grade schedule pick up day will be August 21st from 9am to 12pm. Any students who are new to the building who are in 10th, 11th, or 12th grade should attend the 9th grade/new student orientation on August 13th from 8am to 11am.

JV and Varsity Girls Volleyball is for all girls who will be in grades 9-12 during the 2025-2026 school year.
Co-Ed Middle School Volleyball is for boys and girls who will be in grades 7-8 during the 2025-2026 school year.

9th grade orientation for all incoming Arts & Humanities students will be on August 13th from 8:00am to 11:00am.

The coaches of the HASD field hockey program will be having “Open Field” for all girls entering grades 7 through 12 interested in participating in the HASD field hockey program in the fall. Sessions will be held on Sundays and Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 at Harman-Geist Stadium from June 22 through July 29th. No experience is necessary. Registration is open for the HAHS cheerleading camp. Grades K-6 !

Calling All Interested ATHLETES!!! 📣📣📣 We are hosting a PARENT/ATHLETE Informational Cheer Tryout Meeting THURSDAY, APRIL 17th - 5pm - 6pm HAHS Auditorium We will be discussing the cheerleading tryout process, policies, & our handbook, going through all required paperwork including physicals, and announcing any changes to the upcoming season. We encourage every interested athlete to attend & bring a parent or guardian. This is open to anyone who will be in grades 9-12 for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.
