Academic Entertainment ~ "Adventures in Reading" will be held for all 3rd and 4th grade students and parents on Friday November 14th at 10:00 a.m. Please arrive by 9:45 a.m.

Our Meet the Teacher and Annual Title I meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 24th from 6:00 p.m.- 7:30 p.m.
The September PAC meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 30th at 10:00 a.m.
The District PAC meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd at 9:30 a.m.

JV and Varsity Girls Volleyball is for all girls who will be in grades 9-12 during the 2025-2026 school year.
Co-Ed Middle School Volleyball is for boys and girls who will be in grades 7-8 during the 2025-2026 school year.

Freeland YMCA Brian "Hap" Ayers Summer Basketball League starts today July 14th! If you haven’t registered and would like to, please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your grade groups scheduled time so you can register onsite.

The coaches of the HASD field hockey program will be having “Open Field” for all girls entering grades 7 through 12 interested in participating in the HASD field hockey program in the fall. Sessions will be held on Sundays and Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 at Harman-Geist Stadium from June 22 through July 29th. No experience is necessary. Calling All Interested ATHLETES!!! 📣📣📣 We are hosting a PARENT/ATHLETE Informational Cheer Tryout Meeting THURSDAY, APRIL 17th - 5pm - 6pm HAHS Auditorium We will be discussing the cheerleading tryout process, policies, & our handbook, going through all required paperwork including physicals, and announcing any changes to the upcoming season. We encourage every interested athlete to attend & bring a parent or guardian. This is open to anyone who will be in grades 9-12 for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.

Hazleton UNICO is hosting a free event on April 6th from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at the Hazle Township Commons Building. This is a great opportunity to "Meet the Easter Bunny" and have a fun afternoon!
