• To the best of your ability I would like for you to be physically active for a total of 60 minutes a day. You do not have to complete all 60 minutes at once. Here is a workout to help you achieve your 60 minutes.

     

    1. Stretch – the stretches you do on your spot in class

     

    1. Workout – repeat the list of exercises 3 times

     

    1. 10 push-ups
    2. 20 jumping jacks
    3. 15 mountain climbers
    4. 20 high knees
    5. 15 sit-ups
    6. 15 squats
    7. 30 seconds of planks
