    Teacher Message: Parents Students and Teachers will be able to access my web site which will contain activities and exercises to help students ramain active over the next few weeks. Videos will cover material students should understand and practice during these uncertain times.Some students may not have equipment needed to perfom the activities but may have to adapt and do their best. Exercises that students did in gym class can be done for warm-ups.  Students can contact me by emails through my web site. Thank You and stay safe.


     Students will be required to have a notebook. All activities in and out of school can be recorded here. The goal is to increase students activity in physical activities in and after school hours. Students can write the date of the activity and state a brief destription of the event.

     Students need to find a written article on a physical activity. The article can be loged into their notebook and provide a brief summary of the article. The article will be discussed during the school year in the classroom.

      

    Standards Addressed: 102.3- Healthy Living, 104.3 Physical Activity, 105.3 Common Principals and Strategies of Movement.

    Learning Objectives for the week: Students will perform locomotive skills and activities to increase their heartrate to become Healthy individuels.
