Activities for enrichment

  • Spend 30 - 45 minutes being physically active every day.  Choose the activities that you enjoy doing most and try to vary your exercises. 
    Some options are:
    1.  Jogging
    2.  Burpees
    3.  Jump rope
    4.  Push-ups
    5.  Sit-ups
    6.  Planks
    7.  Just Dance video game
    8.  Tons of exercise videos on youtube
    9.  Just running around enjoying being a kid
    Don't forget to warm up and stretch before and after, especially if you experience soreness.
