Explore how excersise can be modified to include family participation.
Describe the benefits of lifetime fitness.
Explore popular activities that are common among people seeking lifetime fitness.
Identify and explain characteristics that help people become and remain active.
Standard: 10.4.6 Physical Activity - Identify and engage in moderate to vigorous physical activities that contribute to
physical fitness and health.
PDN: List 3 lifetime fitness activities that you enjoy. Explain why these activities will be able to be continued well into adulthood.
