Art provides the opportunity for students to learn skills and techniques to develop their individual creativity throughout their 12 years of study here at H.A.S.D..  From Kindergarten through High school we teach our students the fundamentals of art, concentrate on art appreciation and focus on the development of each student's individual talents.  Students can choose to work with a wide variety of medium ranging from pencils, paints and inks to clay, metal and textiles.  This provides many different skills and techniques to promote self expression and generate personal growth while creating original two dimensional and three dimensional works of art.
