    Welcome to  Fourth Grade! This is going to be a FUN and  EXCITING year for your child!!!Your child will be implanted with seeds that will help him/her grow not only academically but socially. We are looking forward to a productive year!!!
      Here are a few important notes to help both you and your child this school year:
     
     
    *Your child will need a CLEAR backpack!!!! The backpack and any supplies your child brings to school should be labeled with their name on it in case something gets misplaced.
     
    *  Students will need THREE notebooks and ONE folder for class.  Students are EXPECTED to be prepared for class EVERYDAY!!!!  **************Pencils, Homework, and books!!!! 
     
     
    *SNACK- We will be having a snack time this year to help the students ease back into the school environment.
     
     
    *** Information that needs to be returned should be completed as soon as possible
    *** PLEASE check your child's planner for their homework assignments.
     
    *Please feel free to leave me any notes or comments that you may have in the  planner. Again, I check the planner everyday.  You may also email me: girandal@hasdk12.org
    Also, please sign up for the ParentSquare App. This is the BEST way to message me!
     
    *If you plan to pick up a child that normally rides the bus, you must send in a written note.  Please do not rely on your child to tell me this information. If there is not a note, your child will be sent home on the bus.
     
    *  Please reinforce the importance of GOOD behavior, RESPECT, and MANNERS while in school.  GOOD BEHAVIOR encourages better learning and success. 
     
    *I am looking forward to working with your child and helping them achieve their greatest potential.  Together we can make a difference to your child’s success.
