Dear Parent or Guardian, 

   My name is Miss. Marhelko and I teach kindergarten through sixth grade art at Valley Elementary. I am a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology- State University of New York with a Bachelors Degree in Textile Surface Design and a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Masters in Early Childhood Education. 

   This school year I have been teaching your child the fundamentals of art, art history, design and ways to create original masterpieces using unconventional materials.  Previously I've had the opportunity to design for The NFL, MLB, NHL, Disney's Finding Dory, Beauty & The Beast and Lucas Film's Rouge One consumer products. With my design experience, I bring the magic to my classroom and inspire future designers among us.
