Hello everyone. Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. Knowing some students have enjoined past week lessons I will continue to keep them posted along with the new lessson of the week. Again remember to stay hydrated with at least four glasses of water a day. Have a great last week and have a great summer. Mr. Kepp
This week you will be doing a cardio workout. Do your best to follow along and as usual if the video does not meet your level of fitness you may modify the exercises or find a video that does. Good luck and keep up the good work".

“ Pick your 6 (atleast 6, you can do many more if you like) favorite just dance videos and have a blast. Link below will just send you to a just dance search, you can look for your videos from there. Get the whole family involved if you can. Take care and have fun moving".

1. Spell out your name and complete the activity listed for each letter. For a greater challenge include your middle name and do each exercise twice! For a greater variety you can use a family member's name or a favorite character's name.
2. Daily fitness challenge - Spell each day of the week for a daily workout! For a greater challenge do each exercise twice!
Grades K-2 can try the skills for 30 seconds.
Grades 3-5 can try the skills for 60 seconds.
Grades 6-can try the skills for 100 seconds.
