• MCADOO KELAYRES ELEMENTARY CHORUS

     

    The MKE Chorus is open to any 4th, 5th and 6th grade student who enjoys singing and performing for others.  There are no auditions.  There is a Winter Chorus, an Honors Chorus for MIOSM and a Spring Chorus.  Students can participate in one or the other or all three.  The chorus meets once a week after school until 4:15 pm to rehearse songs for various community events, including a school concert.  Mrs. Hoppey will hand out Chorus permission slips and contracts during general music class to all interested students before each session. Students have to return them signed by both themselves and parents to participate in the programs.  Once a student is participating in a program, they will have a TEAMS account for the program to view important information on rehearsals and upcoming events. Parents will also be invited to accept a DoJo account through Mrs. Hoppey to receive important information on rehearsals and upcoming events.
