STUDENT REGISTRATION AND CHANGESFor Information on New or Re-enrollment Student Registrations, click the Student Registration link on the left hand side.ALL REGISTRATIONS/CHANGE OF ADDRESSES WILL BE COMPLETED ONLINE ONLYParents/Legal Guardians are reminded that the following steps need to be completed and ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION will be submitted by the following:For CHANGE OF ADDRESS - please email ALL required documents to either firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.For REGISTRATION - please upload ALL required documents to the online enrollment process.
1. For ADDRESS CHANGES and TRANSFERS between HASD School the following REQUIRED documentation is listed below-- NO EXCEPTIONS!!!:
- Parent or Legal Guardian's Photo ID
- Three (3) different (within 3 months) of current proofs of address
- Internal Revenue Statement, W2 Form, Voter Registration Card, Property Deed, Property Tax Bill, Lease, Driver's License, State ID Card, Insurance Statement, Vehicle Registration, Current Pay Stub, Bank Statement, Billing Statement, Utility Statement, Cable Statement, Multiple Occupancy Notarized Letter signed by both parties (if applicable) - Envelopes, promotional mail, shipping labels and post office change of address forms will not be accepted as a proof of address.
Address Changes and Transfers between HASD Schools CANNOT be completed without the required materials.Questions may be directed to the registration department of the HASD at 570-459-3111 extensions 3153 or 3281.
