These are uncertain times, but working out improves your mind and body as well as boost your immune system. Here are a few options to move:
1.) Continue with our daily warm-up routine: jacks, push-ups, crunches, leg raises, planks. Additionally, add at least 20 minutes of cardio to boost your heart rate. Ride your bike, walk the dog, go for a run.
