Good Morning boys and girls! I hope you had a nice weekend. I keep hoping it gets warm and sunny. I am adding worksheets to Extra Practice page that pratice a few of our skills all at once! Writing, spelling, opposites, rhyming, and expanding our vocabulary! Also, great for those of us learning English because there are little pictures to trace or try to draw on your own! :) Like we always would say together, "Beautiful eyes forward!"...let's keep moving and looking forward to the future where better times lie ahead!! Stay calm, safe, and healthy. <3
UPDATE: Good morning boys and girls! Hoping everyone had a nice Easter spent with your immediate family at home! Please continue to use the resources on the Extra Practice page. Rememeber it is so important to read every day! Missing all your smiling faces!
UPDATE: Hi boys and girls! I'm sad we won't get to do fun Spring and Easter activities together, but it is for the best to keep everyone SAFE and HEALTHY!! Since we can't do them together, I will be adding some Easter activities you could practice at home on my Extra Practice page. PLEASE remember to stay home...it's the BEST way to stay healthy and stop the spread of germs. Please reach out if there's annything you need or just to say HI!! :)
UPDATE: Good Morning boys and girls! First, I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy! Today is supposed to be a BEAUTIFUL day~ go outside!! Grab a book and you could sit outside and read, if you have chalk you could practice your ABC, spelling, math facts, sentences, multiplication, 2/3 digit addition & subtraction...really anything!! Get some fresh air and momve around :)
I'm adding worksheets to EXTRA PRACTICE page. I DO NOT exect you to print these, but you could always write them on any scrap paper you may have at home. Thinking about you all and missing our time together. Hang in there- and PLEASE ...stay HOME!!! That will help this to end sooner rather than later!! :) ~~~~Mrs. Perry
In these uncertain and confusing times, I want you to know- I am here for you. We are in this TOGETHER. It has websites/resources to help practice everything you learrned in school and that we practiced together.
Kindergarten- Keep practicing your letters, sounds, beginning sounds, numbers, and counting!
1st grade- Practice your reading, counting, adding & subtracting!
2nd grade- Practice reading, math facts, and writing complete sentences! Remember you need a capital letter at the beginning, finger spaces, end mark, and the words need to make sense!
3rd grade- Practice reading, graphing, multiplication facts, and nouns, verbs, & adjectives!
Since we we aren't able to read stories together right now, Tumble Books and Starfall have many stories for you to Read, read read!! You are all Super Readers! :)

~Mrs. PerryAbout Your TeacherHello! I will be your Intervention teacher! This will be my 10th year teaching at Heights Terrace Elementary Middle School in Hazleton, PA. Before teaching Intervention, I graduated from King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a concentration in Elementary Education. I have also taught Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade!! Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family! My daughter is 2 years old and keeps us busy. I also have two dogs, Marshall and Meg. I love summer, warm weather, and the beach.
