Mr. Joseph is beginning his 24th year as a U.S. History teacher. He is a 1990 graduate of Bucknell University and received his Master's Degree in Classroom Technology from Wilkes University in 2004. This is his 18th year at the Hazleton Area Career Center. He previously taught for five years in Las Vegas, Nevada in the Clark County School District at Charles I. West Middle School and Silverado High School. This will also mark his 14th season as Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Hazleton Area High School.
