Welcome to the Hazleton Area Career Center's Culinary Arts program!
This program is designed to prepare students for careers in the food service industry. It allows students to learn necessary skills in many areas of commercial food production, while instilling the strong work ethic and drive needed for success in this fast paced industry.
In this program, students are taught proper food safety and sanitation procedures, then they have the chance to practice these procedures along with the many different cooking techniques that they have learned in our very own full service restaurant, adjacent to the culinary art's kitchen!
