• Classroom Procedures 


    Students in the culinary arts program are expected to be prepared for class each day.

    They should come with everything they need to actively participate in class. If a student is unprepared for class or not actively participating, this will be reflected in their grade.

    Students are expected to come to class on time and to be both physically and mentally prepared. This includes any assignments that are do, as well as books, notebooks, handouts, and writing utensils. Students should also come to class well rested to be ready for the day's activities.

    Students are expected to follow school district and Lab dress code at all times. If a student is not following the dress code, they should expect to be sent to the office and it will be dealt with by school administration. If a student is unprepared and not following the proper dress code when they are to be in the kitchen, they will not be allowed to enter the kitchen or partake in class for the day.
    Electronic devises are strictly prohibited in my class.
