• Welcome Back to School!!!

     

     

    I am so excited to explore the puzzles of History and the mind with all of you. This semester is going to look a bit different, but I know that all of these challenges are really just opportunities for us to learn and grow. For at least part of this year, we will be learning remotely. As I said, I know that this is going to be different, but I have no doubt that we will rise to the call and triumph over this hurdle. 

     

    To facilitate this learning we will be utilizing the program, Microsoft Teams. This can be accessed via phone, tablet, or computer. It is criticial that parents and students alike become familiar with this program and have access to a device and internet to join class, complete assignments, and most importantly learn! If access to a device or to the internet will be problematic for you, please reach out to me as soon as possible (my email is below). This progam will in many ways enable new pathways to learning and I am very excited to explore these avenues.

    - Go to the Google Play Store or to the Apple App Store.

    - Download and install the Microsoft Teams App.

    - Open the App and enter your child’s full username and password. Once inside, you will see all of your child’s teachers and their teams.

    - On the left hand side of the page click the words “Office 365”

    - Enter your child’s full username and password.

    - Click on the Teams Icon. Once inside, you will see all of your child’s teachers and their teams

        3 Step Process to Log In
    - Turn on the computer and enter child’s username and password
    * you only need to enter the username NOT the @hasdk12.org*

    - Once you are logged in, you will need to enter your child’s username and password again for content keeper * not @hasdk12.org

    - Finally enter your child’s full username, with the @hasdk12.org and password
    - Click on the Teams Icon. Once inside, you will see all of your child’s teachers and their teams

    Please make sure that you are treating logging into teams and completing assignments the same way you would if we were meeting face to face.
