PA Career & Tech - The Education Resource Center is located at Penn State Greater Allegheny, near Pittsburgh. The primary goal of the Center is to provide technical support services to the field of career and technical education. The Center works with the staff of the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Bureau of Career and Technical Education to achieve the goals of the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V) and other initiatives.
