  • Program Overview


    This program is designed to prepare students for careers in the food service industry. It allows students to learn necessary skills in many areas of institutional food production, while instilling the strong work ethic and drive needed for success in this fast-paced industry.

    Our students begin by learning the history of food and safe food handling. They then have the opportunity to practice these procedures, along with a variety of different cooking techniques, in our full-service restaurant located within the Career Center.
