Preschool Early Intervention Transition to School Age

In the months of January and February, your child will begin the process of transition from their Preschool Early Intervention program to school age within their home district. The process is extremely important for your child to have an appropriate placement when entering their kindergarten year. We welcome the opportunity with you and your home district to make this a smooth, seamless transition for both you and your child.
