Children Under ThreeEarly Intervention Service for children birth to 3 years old are administered through the Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Mental Health and Developmental Services. If you have concerns about how your infant or toddler is growing and learning, the first step is to call an Early Intervention Service Coordinator at the Supports Coordination Unit listed below.
