EXTRA TIME = ART TIME!!!
I hope all my students are doing well and staying safe!!
I miss you all!!! And I understand that during this time it is hard to stay busy. This page will help students in my Visual 1 art class and Crafts 1 classes stay creative and Express yourself even at home. This is not mandatory, but it is for anyone who wants to further your art skills. You may use drawing paper, or any paper and materials you have available to you.
I will have further updates on how to post your art work. For now you can simply take a picture of it and email your work to me at beidlemanj@hasdk12.org.

Our first assignment: Monday; March 30th, 2020
You have probably been stuck in your room for days now, looking at four walls. Here is a way to expand those walls. In this activity I want you to watch how to create a room in one point perspective and create a room including anything u could possible dream of. Include doors and windows, as well as any items you would wish for. It can be as creative as you would like. Have fun.

Day 2: Tuesday, March 31st, 2020 Assignment:
I know on rainy days it is hard to get motivated so here are some awesome short drawing activities to get your mind flowing.
Click here to Watch this video of 20 Cool drawing activities and choose your favorite to try. Add your own creativity to this assignment to fill your entire drawing paper. You may use any art materials you have on hand.

Day 3: Wednesday, April 1st, 2020:
For your assignment today, watch this tutorial on drawing rain drops. Come up with an art work using the rain drops you have practiced drawing. Use any materials you may have.
Day 4: Thursday, April 2nd, 2020:
For today's assignment we are going to practice drawing cartoon characters with different emotions. I know many of you love to draw cartoons, so here is a little help to develop your skills.
Come up with 4 seperate cartoon characters. Fold your paper in half twice to divide your paper into 4 sections. In each section come up with a different character showing a different emotion on his/her face. Use any materials you have. Have fun!!
